2/3 cup large whipping cream
2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 double cream sandwich spread
4 apples - peeled, cored and cored (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat together cream, confectioners' sugar and salt; stir into whipped cream mix. Spoon evenly onto cookie sheets.
Bake for 14 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden and crisp. Allow the cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
