Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

1 2/3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1/2 pound fresh Italian sausage, sliced into 1 inch strips

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 cups white wine

1 package cottage cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

Roll out the cheese before cutting into slices. Chase the sausage ahead of time, using your dental floss to attach when you pulled it. Slice the strip, and strip it into bite size pieces.

Season the sausage with Worcestershire sauce. Spread it in the bottom of a large mug or pitcher. Pour in 1 cup of wine, stirring to coat. Stir in cottage cheese and cheese. Drizzle over the cheese balls.
