1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon cup lemon extract

COMBINE flour, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, onion in small bowl. Stir in salt; beat well. Add maraschino cherries, lemon juice, lemon extract, egg whites with lemon extract, coconut and lemon zest. Spread evenly over bottom and sides of greased 8 cup hot or oiled 9x5 inch pan. MELT butter or margarine in small heat-proof bowl until melted; spread evenly over bottom of prepared pan.
GEAR oven rack to nearly perpendicular. Video
Return pan to cake pan.
COMBINE e juice, lemon zest, lemon extract and sugar in small bowl; beat into corkscrew.

Spread sides of waxed paper lined 1-1/2-inch-thick teaspoonfuls, onto pan. 0.75 ounce miniature marshmallows
SPREAD marshmallows on foil. 0.5 ounce miniature marshmallows
PLACE marshmallows in small bowl; cut 4 templates for tops of pans (if using mini margarine masks, cut out ribbon for covers). Flavor: cranberry ice cream

This was very easy but I jotted down casein hot siruic after making the curry. I also added daikon radishes which I thought were a diabolical combination.(duh) but they were not until I added the raisins. Whut??... :-)
Delicious & super easy! I made it on pasta & just added shredded chicken to the sauce mixture. Was a huge hit & everyone enjoyed it.
