5 eggs
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, stir together eggs and oats. On a separate sheet, measure 1/2 cup flour, salt and baking soda; stir into egg mixture. Fold in remaining flour, topping off lightly. Spread batter evenly into prepared baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Allow to cool.
Meanwhile, sift together flour, baking soda, salt and milk. Divide batter evenly amongst prepared baking dishes.
