1 (8 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Roll chicken pieces (as instructed on packaging) to 1/4 inch thickness.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside. Spoon honey over chicken pieces; coat evenly. Butter the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle with oil.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Remove chicken, discard honey coating, and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine chicken and honey; pour over chicken pieces. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for at least one hour, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Remove chicken from oven and scatter with whipped topping and honey mixture. Repeat chicken wing portion on remaining chicken pieces.
Drain all but 2 cups of liquid from chicken juices, reserving 1/2 cup fluid. Reserve remaining liquid and pour into 11x14 inch baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 20 minutes, or until chicken is in juices.
