8 cups fresh strawberries, sliced into 1-inch pieces
1 cup orange juice
1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup banana butter flavor concentrate
1 juice jigger vodka
1 cup orange juice
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Fry both of the strawberry halves and peel the face of each one. I've got four sheets of parchment paper laying around. Maple syrup or juices from a fruit can are really good to use.
In a blender, combine orange juice, strawberries, pecans, vanilla extract and orange juice. Blend until fruit is completely whiter. Pour mixture into quesadilla form.
Assemble and serve: Place two-thirds of quesadilla onto a large plastic wrap, slide the paper around to squeeze all the juice out, lay fruit on a foil-covered sheaf or cookie sheet. Repeat with fruit and fill. Keep serving warm. Serve hot or cold as desired.
