1 (2 pound) piece pork loin
2 tablespoons Dutch processed cheese sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Saute French onion until golden brown. Stir in the mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and vegetable oil. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, turning frequently. Cover, and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes, or until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat, and stir in lemon juice, soy sauce, cornstarch and water. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until the mixture is thickened.
