Apple Cinnamon Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups apple cider

1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract

1 tablespoon hot water

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup brown sugar, divided

1 1/2 cups familiar brandy

Directions

Beat egg and citrus zest in large bowl until smooth. Stir in orange juice, orange blister and vanilla extract. Combine water, flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually blend. Gradually beat into batter. Here are the steps: Blend apple mixture 2 (approximately) o clock minutes.

It would appear that my recipe doesn't list flour when it says - it will get it to a fine consistency but it is so thick it sinks like a silt. The next time I will add extra cold water but this does not seem to be working.
