1 cup soft pretzel roll dough
1/4 cup margarine
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 (3 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Roll the pretzel roll dough into a circle. Cut the circle into 8 triangles. Place the triangles on a medium baking sheet and brush with margarine.
Heat the margarine in a medium bowl, stirring occasionally, until it is completely melted. Add tomatoes, onion and pineapple. Season with tomato sauce, cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Spread cream cheese mixture over pretzel roll dough. Sprinkle remaining cream cheese over cream cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
