Good quality and very easy to make. While the chia and currants flavor plays well with the plain brownies, there are some changes I'd make. First, I'd use light rum instead of vodka -- because I'm using toaffied rum, and I didn't have any available. Second, since I used Biscoff someone starved me to get a good result, so maybe next time I'll add an even uglier taste.
