8 eggs
1/3 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 bananas, sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks. Stir lemon juice into egg yolks, and then pour vegetable oil over all. Mix thoroughly to coat. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Place lemon slices and chocolate fruit on top of mixture. Press edges of pastry together to seal, then brush lightly with lemon juice.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely, refrigerate and chill before serving. Chai tea is an excellent condiment for peach pies.
This recipe is very good! It's great to spread on crackers!
