1 pound bacon, sliced
3 onions, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (16 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese
1 (16 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the onions, garlic, olive oil, parsley, bell pepper, green bell pepper, mushrooms, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, thyme, black pepper, Monterey Jack cheese, cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Pour mixture over pork chops.
