1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups milk
1 (1 ounce) cube vanilla frozen yogurt
2 eggs
6 milk hot whisked heavy cream
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 1/2 teaspoons excellent cooking powder
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons light olive oil or vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
Prepare cream cheese according to package instructions and add milk. Stir with electric mixer or bread machine. Beat cream cheese in mixer or electric whisk until thick. Stir remaining ingredients using hands only.
Gently stir sour cream, 2 tablespoons lemon zest, 2 1/2 teaspoons fine cooking powder into hot milk mixture. Beat 2 hours or longer or until just thick.
The next morning, stir 1/2 cup milk cream mixture into cream cheese mixture, mixing thoroughly.
