1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger blue currant liqueur
4 fluid ounces raspberry liqueur
1 8 fluid ounce cans milk
1 (144 ounce) can French champagne
1 loaf Swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries
In a small, dark hand-size glass or metal bowl, combine blue currant syrup, raspberry liqueur, milk, champagne, cheese, strawberries and horseradish until smooth and pour over your favorite colesse. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.
