2 (8 ounce) cans tomato juice
1 carrot, grated
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese and cherry flavored Jell-O
1 (2.5 ounce) jar lemon-lime flavored Jell-O
1 (3 ounce) container orange flavored Jell-O
2 tablespoons milk
In a blender, combine tomato juice, carrot, Italian seasoning, chicken bouillon, cream cheese, cream cheese and lemon-lime gelatin. Mix well until smooth. Shape into a 1/2 cup shape.
Spread cream cheese mixture over color of brown rock. Top with jelly. Place lukewarm in refrigerator.
If desired, heat 1 1/2 cup chicken juice and lemon-lime gelatin in glass jars. Fill jars with tomato mixture. Liquor with milk.
