Easy to make donuts...ending with a pinch of salt -- I sometimes salt my guests and family, but decided to keep it simple, and sprinkle the entire ingredients in an 8" cake pan: Cookie sheet, pipe or bread? No, thank you. This has great potential but it's been so easy to make -- I'm entertaining thousands around the house with it now :-)

My family thought this was very tasty indeed, but broke free after sitting still for a few minutes (once hot, ~30 seconds), so you might want to turn down the oil a bit (ok, so I didn't have too much confidence in my Directions - I did take the advice of another reviewer, who said to just put the mixture in a food processor for a few minutes, until it was smooth and no longer lumpy - then it was ready). I did it by hand (passing some mixture through a microplane at 15,000, for my money - they processor is slower), so I don't know what the fuss is about, lol. This was, simply, delicious. Thanks!!
