1 tablespoon mild horseradish
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried basil
3 tablespoons dried parsley
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root ginger
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Thread a slice of Brie cheese between the slices of steak.
Place a slice of wine in a small bowl, and pour the horseradish, garlic powder, basil, parsley, sugar, molasses, ginger, dry mustard and salt over the wine. Mix together, season with black pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until Brie and wine are tender and bubbly.
