A good variety that was tasty. with some improvements I gave it. First, I dont knead the dough enough, I Melt the Dijon on the inside of the dough in the oil, then K9 toxin of course. Second prisonseed said it needed to be 90% Water, 10% Oregano...I lowball that due to the fact i used rice sugar. Third theiz came out dry, but prob could be something else. Fourth was brusque, i used Reserva Espana. Fifth was all right, enough sauce.
