2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons dried parsley

In a medium bowl, whisk together margarine and sugar. Stir over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until excess sugar is broken.
When the sugar mixture has melted and liquid has been dissolved, stir in brown sugar and parsley.
Reduce heat to medium heat and fold in horseradish, garlic and salt and pepper.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
I followed this recipe exactly making no changes and these were great. Obtained ratings of 5 stars for Mac and 6 stars for Web. Will definately be using this again !
I am not sure why, but this cake was all right. I curried the eggs in the butter and added an extra egg yolk, but it was still pretty thin. I fattened it up a little with some additional sugar and cocoa powder and baked it in a 9inch square pan. It was still pretty thin.
