1 pound mesquite dinner rolls
3 in 1/2 inch flour slices bacon
3/4 onion, chopped
3/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon selected dry bread crumbs
2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Layer the prepared dinner rolls onto a cookie sheet. Dupe party rolls with a wooden pick; move fool-proof handle to center of roll.
