1 ounce cream cheese
5 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb
Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Beat in butter, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Whisk together 1/2 cup milk and brown sugar; pour mixture into crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares. Chill in refrigerator.
Roll crepes until soft. Cut into 1/2-inch squares. Serve warm.
