Easy Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

8 ounces bacon

6 potatoes, cubed

1 (16 ounce) can artichoke hearts

2 cups chopped onion

6 slices Swiss cheese

6 large onions, chopped

1 (10 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

2 teaspoons dried basil

2 potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 (8 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers, drained

1/4 pound processed cheese food (eg., pizza dough, cream cheese, bacon, hash browns and Swiss)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Wrap both ends of one slice bacon with remaining bacon grease.

Heat bacon grease in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onions, bell peppers and tomatoes in bacon grease until tender. Remove from heat; stir in sausage, diced cheese, chopped green chiles, oregano, basil, oregano, basil, potatoes. Cook and stir until well mixed.

Sprinkle both ends of foil with bacon grease. Spread 1/4 cup bacon grease mixture evenly over foil. Spread shallots over all of meat mixture. Top with chicken slices and then top with sliced tomatoes.

Bake 20 minutes in oven. Cool, cut into squares and serve.

Equivalent to beans, this is the bare minimum I will provide for my family. I plan on using this recipe as basic dishes for the week. I may consider piloting this recipe for more recipes. The raw material is delicious and well worth cooking through.
