3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, evaporated milk, sugar, butter, vanilla, brown sugar and butter until smooth. Beat in eggs and 1 1 1/2 cups white sugar. Beat in the creamed mixture. Stir the lemon extract and pecans; beat just to moist peaks. Pour into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool slightly before removing from pan; remove and let cool completely.
