3 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) jar feta cheese, crumbled
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream with honey, divided
4 sprigs fresh parsley, cut into 1-inch wedges
In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese, feta cheese, sour cream and honey until smooth. Mix in pepper and nutmeg. Roll the mixture into a small log. Shape into a sandwich shape, and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, using parchment paper to prevent browning. Take the rolls out, and let cool completely. Glaze easily with cooking spray.
Remove rolls from oven and brush with sweetened tablespoon honey. Spoon mixture over cooled rollers, and spoon the remaining honey over cream cheese sauce. Arrange rolls evenly over so that cream cheese sauce is on edges of each.
