Clear Orange Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 (20 ounce) cans sliced orange segments

1 cup sliced pears

1 cup sliced zucchini

1 cup sliced fresh onion

2 (16 ounce) cans fresh broccoli florets

1 (10 ounce) package white icing

1 (0.75 ounce) package instant orange pudding mix

1 (10 ounce) package instant orange sherbet

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix orange segments, pears, zucchini, onion, broccoli, broccoli florets and orange sherbet. Chill in refrigerator until serving.

This was really easy to make. I loved the cookie crust and did press it a bit up the sides. Only after baking for awhile would I turn it out to carefully consider. Some people like to keep their cookies warm so I did that & voila! Confectioner's sugar cookie!
