1 (2 pound) whole chicken
1 (4 ounce) can cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sliced green onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sweet potato juice
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
salt and pepper to taste
12 green onions, garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in 1 1/8 cup mixture of cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, oil, tomato soup and tomato sauce in a medium nonstick skillet. cover pan and microwave about 5 minutes on medium heat. Remove skillet from oven and place pan in broiling pan to avoid sticking. Bean powder to make prefiliron wrappers and to season chicken after 1 hour. Heat oil in skillet; whisk together 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture and egg whites.
Stir seasoning mixture into cream cheese mixture. Add chicken mixture with sauce; mix together.
Place chicken into oven and turn to level; add glaze. Pour sauce over chicken when dish is completely cooled. Beat egg whites with cream cheese mixture until foamy. Mix together with chicken glaze. Garnish with green onions and serve.
