Ham and Cheese Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, cheese, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, shredded cheese. Shape mixture into a 1 inch ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 8 hours in refrigerator.

Spread mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until bubbly. Serve over hot toast, onions and cream cheese served.

I found this recipe to be very tasty and moist. I made as little as I needed and kept it in mind when making the recipe. I would suggest following the recipe exactly and not thinning it down with lemon juice. It comes out very thick.
