1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, cheese, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, shredded cheese. Shape mixture into a 1 inch ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 8 hours in refrigerator.
Spread mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until bubbly. Serve over hot toast, onions and cream cheese served.
