1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) can onion, drained
8 (1 ounce) can sliced ripe tomatoes, drained
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese
1 (4 ounce) can black olives, drained
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, Mexican-style cheese, black olives, eggs, oil and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
