2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 (24 ounce) jar pasta sauce
For paleo: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, salt and pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly; clear. Serve over pasta sauce.
For true-to-test: In a small mixing bowl, combine pasta sauce and mixed cold water.
