1 1/2 cups crushed cheese
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 slices Cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Mix well and spread on Cheddar cheese.
