1 (28 ounce) can whole kernel corn
3 cans Italian-style beans
1/4 onion, chopped
1 (8.5 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (20 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons wine
Pour corn into a large saucepan over medium heat. Cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in beans, onion, tomato paste, and crushed tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in wine. Pour the corn mixture over the beans, while being careful not to over stir. Chill 8 hours, or until serving.
