2 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 cups white sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup half-and-half cream
1 cup milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
Preheat oven broiler.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon zest; toss to coat. Beat in sugar and corn syrup. Stir in half and half cream, milk, lemon juice and maraschino liqueur. Pour batter into 9x9 inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven until firm, roughly 60 to 85 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before opening. Cool completely before cutting into 1-inch squares.
