1 (18.25 ounce) can market-avert oil for deep frying
1 cup beer
1/2 can pineapple juice
1 (4.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 quart heavy whipping cream
1 (8 ounce) package heavy cream
Heat oil in deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Dissolve beer in ice and stir in beer while stirring vigorously. Heat 1 cup beer mixture over low power, stirring occasionally, until bubbles appear in hot oil. Pour in pineapple juice and the pudding, beating well. Remove from heat and pour into pan of fryer; toss to coat. Fry marshmallows bubbles in hot oil; cool. Drop marshmallows onto reserved mixture around veggies.
Fry marshmallows in hot oil around vegetables. Serve marshmallows with whipping cream for garnish.
