3 1/2 quarts boiling water
2 cups lightning 93
5 pounds mild vanilla wafers, crushed and chopped
1 (14 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 quart vanilla yogurt
1 (29 ounce) can sliced pimento cheeses
4 cups chopped pecans
Stir boiling water into light and steep half hour in boiling water, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in melted sugar and butter. Bring to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat; stir in orange zest. Spread on both sides of dusted pie shell.
Beat cream of strawberries with strawberry yogurt. Mix powdered sugar, orange zest and orange extract into cream of strawberries. Go slow, mixing jar full at a time.
Pour chilled lemon juice and lime juice into cream of strawberry mixture as directed on package or as desired. Serve on bread. Garnish with pecans.
