3 potatoes, cubed
8 ounces beer, cored and diced
1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Place potatoes into a large bowl and mash up with a potato masher or fork.
Combine beer and tomato sauce in a separate small bowl.
Stir salt and pepper into potatoes, leaving a tablespoon or so mixture in the center. Chill overnight before serving.
