1 (16 ounce) package frozen yogurt concentrate
1 cup celery juice concentrate
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
3 cups cold water
1/2 cup margarine
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons lemon extract
2 oranges, sliced
Place the frozen yogurt concentrate, celery juice concentrate, lemon-lime soda and lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage in a blender or food processor machine. Process until smooth. Transfer the mixture to the freezer canister of ice cream maker or ziplock bag.
Place 2 oranges in each of 4 refrigerated ice cream canisters; fill with juices from cranberry or grape skins. Shake vigorously for 15 minutes before serving.
