Hot Rack of Lamb (Water) Recipe

Ingredients

1 large head cabbage

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

6 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 cup dry white wine

1 cup curd cottage cheese

4 teaspoons salt or stock

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste with a teaspoon of salt and/or stock)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan, cover, and simmer over medium heat until nearly all liquid evaporates and cabbage is soft, about 3 minutes. Allow to cool, then prepare the final meal pack for the stew.

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a slow cooker combine cabbage, onion, mayonnaise, garlic, white wine, curd cottage cheese, and salt and stock.
