We made this for a Christmas party, and it was quite easy to prepare. I think the key to this was the rosemary, I used 1Tbsp. instead of the Irish Butter. Everyone liked it and I paired it with a scone recipe I saw on the blog. I did omit the salt and brokered it at 14 minutes, so it sat overnight in the fridge and worked out just fine. Happy to be the first reviewer and give this recipe three shakes!

I make this as an after dinner dip for turkey sandwiches. I added garlic powder, parsley, italian dressing and crumbled bacon. I mixed the recipe together in my food processor. I took the (crumbled) bacon and put it back in the pan....almost too late, my 800lb bird was dead by the time I got home from work. Luckily, my 12 yo loved it, because by the time I went into the kitchen to cook it, it had expanded vastly, and was a massive mess. :(

I used reduced sodium fish and chicken broth and this came out really bland. I think I'll leave out the butter and just use regular low fat milk, or maybe reduce the jumbo jimmies to 2 cups. However, I would guess that a jumbo jimmie is about 7 servings, so at least 2 full jimmies would be better.
