1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 1/2 cups milk
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 egg whites
1 small green apple, pitted, juice reserved
2 cups blueberries
1 cup sliced almonds
1 green apple, sliced
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans. Mix together the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the sugar, butter, brown sugar and 2 cups milk until smooth. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the egg whites. Stir in the blueberries and almonds. Mix in the cheese, chocolate and almond gel. Scoop dough into 2 large slabs. Shape into 2 layers. Place in the oven.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Immediately to serve, brush back and forth with 1 tablespoon of butter mixture for a few minutes at each crepe. Allow to cool down to room temperature before removing from pan.
