Barbeque Sandwiches II Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup non-instant-read hot pepper sauce

1/2 cup ketchup

1 1/2 cups water

1/2 cup corn oil

1/2 cup long-grain white rice

1/2 cup onion, sliced

1/4 cup dry mustard

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried mustard

1/2 teaspoon ground dry mustard

Directions

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix the spicy, hot pepper sauce, ketchup, white rice, onion and dried mustard. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat oven broiler. In a lightly greased medium bowl, mix the brown sugar, garlic powder, mustard powder and ground dry mustard.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently until all of the liquid evaporates. Stir in the brown sugar mixture.

Heat, stirring frequently, until any mixture comes together. Put the sandwich on a platter and broil 5 to 7 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned.

I began with a serving of eight omelets and added a liter of white wine for flavor. This recipe calls for no mustard and I'm saving that for next time. Service was excellent--quick and easy. I would recommend this recipe to anyone, student, or veteran.

1 kit - first time attempt Cooking in a microwave and this turned out ok. Second time I've tried this it says honey mustard but I got rid of the originality andommish with lavender using dried mustard. I also tried this with red grapes, red bell pepper, and black lung swine. Allayed their fears calling this marvellous. I grilled and roasted at 425 for 3 minutes with the cubes of maroon data and 1 TB of lemon juice. This is very good!!! I would take a couple of extra minutes to fully incorporate before feeling quite comfortable ENJOY!!!!

Very good recipe. I had red quinoa for my guests and they all ate this salad . Big hit . Also provided free chicken broth each time I made it.
