Flourless Chicken Dip Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter

1 (4 ounce) can chicken broth

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup sliced mushrooms

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix butter, chicken broth, cream cheese, mushrooms, Cheddar cheese, corn and onion.

Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were excellent! Really simple to make. Even my husband who dislikes casseroles thought it was delicious. He said he would have given it 5 stars, but he didn't know how to make it. So I gave it a try. Throug hroug houg..... I still haven't gotten round to testing it yet, so I'm not sure how it will turn out... but it was very easy to make and delicious.
