1 (19 ounce) package apple pie filling
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce) package whipped topping, softened
1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup butter cream
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix apple filling, sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Sprinkle whipped topping over pie. Spread evenly over pie.
In a small bowl, combine pudding mix, pudding mix, pudding mix and pudding mix. Beat with an electric mixer until blended, then beat in butter cream until mixture is just incorporated. Drizzle over pie.
Place pie in a large resealable plastic bag. Spray edges of bag with cooking spray. Put bag on rack in oven to cool completely. Cover pie. Let stand 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
