3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1 (2 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
3 bananas, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons frozen margarine, thawed
In a large bowl, mix together sugar, corn syrup, and yellow cake mix. In a medium bowl, stir together corn syrup and cream of coconut. Stir in frittata mix and vanilla. Press flour mixture evenly over dry ingredients along bottom of large mixing bowl; flatten to press evenly.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Allow to cool completely in pan before removing from rack. Slice and serve.
