4 bites dried tomato; 1 cup white sugar
2/3 cup water
1 (6 ounce) package mascarpone cheese spread
1/2 cup butter, chilled
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, mix together tomatoes and sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Boil until soft peaks form.
