2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup brown rice
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup shortening
3 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
2/3 cup margarine
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In an 8x8 inch baking dish combine brown sugar, brown rice, graham cracker crumbs and shortening. Cut in margarine or margarine with a fork or pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
