1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated casserole mix
1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine shrimp and frozen spinach. In another medium bowl, combine sour cream, cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Spoon into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
