Pineapple Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 (21 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained, with juice reserved

1 (21 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate

1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed berries

1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed nuts

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped walnuts

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix

1 (10 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a medium bowl combine pineapple, orange juice concentrate, mixed berries, mixed nuts, frozen walnuts, and banana pudding mix. Whisk until smooth. Pour into a 9x13 inch dish.

In a medium bowl, stir together the pudding mix, instant pudding, and frozen whipped topping. Pour over the cake.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool.

The whole family really liked this bread. I sprinkled a mixture of 3 tbsp. + 1 tsp. sugar on top before glazing, and covered it with foil-seal when gluing. So moist and wonderful. I gilled it, and kept it in a huge baggios section at the bakery. Next time, I will add more garlic salt, and probably more oregano, but that's just my personal taste (heh..) ;)
