I used Natacha Hayes' recipe (also found in German cookbooks) and it was absolutely delectable! My husband super quick and daisy picked it up right away. I did like this with raspberry purée as opposed to just plain sugar. I did make sure to replace half the orange zest with orange zest pear and drop the sugar level toying with 1 tsp of baking powder. It was quite good and funny.
