1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup butter
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (10.5 ounce) package ready-to-spread frosting
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (15.25 ounce) can coffee flavored sweetened condensed milk
3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 cup butter until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Combine the oats and flour in a small bowl. Stir just until well blended. Pour the milk into the egg mixture. Finally, stir in the vanilla and coffee. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
