1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound halibut
1 small onion, diced
2 teaspoons paprika
3 garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3 small cloves garlic, smashed
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Brown Halibut in oil; add onion and paste paprika.
Drain soaked squid. Mix together cooked and vacuum-packed halibut, onion, peppercorn seeds, paprika and garbanzo beans; add lemon juice. Heat, stirring often, until poached. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
